Stephen M. Murphy

Stephen M. Murphy is a San Francisco practitioner representing employees in civil rights litigation. A graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, he is author of CEB’s Wrongful Employment Termination Practice. He is a member of both the American and National Boards of Trial Advocates and is Past President of San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, which voted him Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2008. He has also been named by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 100 lawyers in Northern California.
