Sharon Vinick is managing partner of Levy Vinick Burrell Hyams, LLP, an employment rights firm in Oakland. Sharon Vinick represents employees across the economic spectrum in pursuing claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, defamation, and whistleblower retaliation. She also negotiates and reviews employment and severance agreements for high-end professionals. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley and Harvard Law School, she is a member of the State Bar Labor Employment Law Section Executive committee, and a frequent speaker on employment law and law practice management.
