Monique Olivier is a partner with Duckworth Peters Lebowitz Olivier LLP in San Francisco and is a Certified Appellate Specialist (State Bar Board of Legal Specialization). She represents individuals and classes at the trial and appellate levels in employment, civil rights, and consumer protection matters. She is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Massachusetts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the federal trial and appellate courts throughout California. Monique has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2011, and was named to the list of Top 50 women lawyers in Northern California in 2016. In 2015 and 2016, the Daily Journal named Monique to its annual list of the 75 Top Labor & Employment Lawyers in California. In 2016, Monique was honored with a California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) Award for her appellate work.
