Michael G. Balmages

Michael G. Balmages is a mediator, arbitrator and discovery referee with ADR Services, Inc., and a former Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. He has presided at more than 600 mediations and more than 1,000 mandatory settlement conferences as a temporary judge in the Orange County Superior Court.
