Michael Fields

In 2015, attorney Michael Fields retired from the active practice of law after a 47-year career as a plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney. He remains a licensed member of the California State Bar. Mr. Fields is an experienced arbitrator and mediator. His arbitration and mediation website is at michaelsfieldslaw.net. Mr. Fields frequently writes and lectures on arbitrations, mediations, tort liens and other topics. He has developed compendiums on tort liens, under the general title of “Lien Guide for the Trial Attorney.” Several of his lien guides have been published in Advocate.
