Kim H. Collins is the principal of Kim Collins Law, Auburn. Since his admission to the California State Bar in 1971, Mr. Collins has been primarily involved in civil litigation with a focus on insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, casualty defense, civil trial work, claims handling processes and general insurance law. He now works exclusively as an Expert in coverage and bad faith litigation. He has 50 years of active service to coverage issues, and eight published opinions involving coverage issues and policies.
