Bio as of May 2008:

Robert D. “Bo” Links is a San Francisco general practice litigator with over 30 years of experience and has handled a wide variety of matters in trial and appellate courts. He is one of the editors of Civil Rights Litigation, published by Thomson-West Publishing as part of the California Civil Practice series and is a contributor to the Daily Journal. He also serves on the American Arbitration Association’s panel of complex business arbitrators and works as a volunteer pre-arbitration mediator for the San Francisco Superior Court.
