Adele P. Kimmel is the Managing Attorney at the D.C. headquarters of Public Justice and is Counsel of Record for the Castaneda family in the U.S. Supreme Court. Conal Doyle of Willoughby Doyle LLP in Oakland is lead trial counsel, and Thomas Dempsey of Los Angeles and Amy Radon of Public Justice’s Oakland office are co-counsel.
