Rex Heeseman

Rex Heeseman, a retired judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court, conducts mediations and arbitrations at JAMS. He co-authors The Rutter Group’s practice guide on “Insurance Litigation.” He taught insurance law at Loyola Law School and at UCLA Law School.
