Frank Sarro has specialized in all aspects of labor and employment law since 1987. After working for various defense firms, he started his own plaintiffs’ practice in 1996 in San Francisco. He fights for all types of private and public employees who have been wrongfully fired, discriminated against, retaliated against, sexually harassed, denied breaks and overtime, and whose unions have not fairly represented them.
