Andre Smith

Andre Smith is an associate attorney in the Rains Lucia Stern St. Phalle & Silver, PC (“RLS”) Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Andre represents both public and private sector employees in the navigation and litigation of their workers’ compensation claims.
